Introducing the ETP Family

Language, Learning, & Life Skills for Toddlers: A COMMUNITY AND RESOURCE for PRoACTIVE Parents

Start here, but don’t forget to see the invite at the bottom of this post to join our first ever summer language workshop!

As our tiny team gathered at the beginning of the year to think about our hopes and the future of Elevate Toddler Play, one goal was clear: we want to support and walk with more parents and families as they nurture their child’s language skills.

Our mission is to help you make the most of play time.

Just like our website says, we believe play increases learning, language, and life skills. We believe that with just one play at a time, you have to power to unlock your child’s potential. And if you haven’t experienced that yet, we’d love to support you!

One family at a time.

One play at a time.

One of the things we love about the signature play guide is that whether you like to play frequently in short pockets of time, or you prefer infrequent longer times of play, you can rest assured knowing that in either case, you’re playing with purpose. By leveraging the time you have, we help you become confident in knowing what words to say and ways to play.

Here’s the thing, we don’t want to simply provide you with a product and not keep you accountable or educate and encourage you in how to use it!

We created a Facebook group that is not just another Facebook group. We know you’re not looking for another group or trying to add another thing to your life, but we promise you, this one is different. We have a clear purpose and we’re truly looking forward to this!

We’re calling it the ETP Family. It’s a “workshop-style Facebook group for proactive parents who want to support their toddlers language development.”

We want TO SEE change.

We know you want to see change too. That’s why you bought your play guide in the first place. There comes a point though where a decision has to be made. In-between the purchase and seeing change is the opportunity to actually do something.

After learning that only 5-15% of people who purchase an online course actually complete it, we knew that wasn’t the route we wanted to go! It’s one thing to watch a video. It’s another to actually implement and practice what you learn.

Let’s be truthful, the play guide only works if you do. 🙂🙂

Buying a product and not using it is SO common. We’ve been there. It happens. Not this time. Now you’ve got some accountability and support to utilize and get as much out of it as you can! If you’ve ever experienced any sort of accountability in life, you know it has power.

We don’t want our play guide to be something you half use or let sit on the shelf. Get that sucker out. It’s about to impact your child’s communication! Let’s use what we have and make the most of it!

Productive play recognizes that every interaction is an opportunity for learning and connection. If you want a game plan for what to focus on, it’s filled with bite-sized information from play prompts, checklists, professional tips, and words to model.

The next time you have 5 minutes, 30 minutes, or even an hour, you’re not going to ping pong around to try and figure out what to do. You’ll know the goal. You’ll know your next target. You’ll know how to effectively engage with your child.

HERE’S THE VISION FOR THIS GROUP:

1. Purchase your play guide and join the group immediately.

2. If you haven’t purchased the guide, you’re welcome to join also! We want to encourage you in your play and language journey too!

3. Start asking questions about play, language development, and communication. There are noooo dumb questions here!

4. Answer questions! We want to see how you use your play guide on the regular! What’s working for you and what play hacks you’ve found helpful. BONUS: Share your wins so we can celebrate with you AND be inspired to keep going in our own homes.

5. Take action on the things you learn here. Our goal is for you to meet your child where they are and elevate from there. — We want to help everyone support their child’s development TOGETHER. Remember, no one is perfect. While there is a known developmental pattern, all children acquire these skills at different times. As parents, we won’t ever “arrive” or just figure this thing out. It takes practice. It takes patience. Trial and error. Accountability from others. And sometimes straight determination to keep giving our children everything we’ve got. There’s joy in the effort. And it’s 1000% worth it.

Are you ready?

Are you ready to use your play guide more intentionally?

Are you ready to find out about the tips that will work for your actual life?

Are you ready to experience growth in your ability to elevate your child’s communication skills?

Are you ready to be encouraged by others who have similar goals as you?

Are you ready to see your child increase their understanding and use of words?

Are you ready to play using the time you have?

Are you ready to experience a closer bond with your child?

No more wasted products. No more coasting. We are in this together.

To be totally honest, we’re ready.

We’re moms of toddlers and we have joys and struggles just like everyone. But if you're even just looking for more consistency and support as you help your child, know that we had you in mind when we created this group. So let’s do this.

WE’re here for you and here for your littles.

The biggest bonus of this group will be the questions and input from other play guide users.
